The person doing the work
Most companies do not have a marketing problem. They have a message problem.
Ask five people in your company what you do. If you get five different answers, no amount of advertising will fix it. You will simply pay to broadcast the confusion further.
That is not a creative failure. It is a decision that was never made and written down. Somebody has to sit with the leadership, force the hard choices about what the business stands for, put it on paper, and then hold every channel to it. That is the work Spirit Arrow does.

Four ways we make it happen for you
Every engagement is scoped to what the organization actually needs, not to a package someone had to sell this quarter.

You get Fred, not an account manager
Fredrick O. Williams spent more than twenty years leading soldiers and more than seven of those years in Army Public Affairs, where a message that lands wrong is not a bad quarter. He then earned a master's in Strategic Communication from Regent University and went to work applying the same discipline to businesses in Fort Worth.
Spirit Arrow is a single-practitioner firm on purpose. The person you meet on the discovery call is the person who writes the plan, drafts the release and coaches your managers. Nothing gets handed to a junior you never met.
A process with no mystery in it
You will know what happens next at every stage, and you will get findings in writing rather than in a meeting you have to remember.
Discovery Call
Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. You describe what is not working. Fred tells you plainly whether communication is the actual problem, and whether he is the right person to fix it.
Assessment
A structured look at what you publish, what your team believes, and what your audience actually hears. You get findings in writing, including the parts that are uncomfortable to read.
The Plan
A written communication plan with priorities, owners, timelines and a definition of what success looks like. Specific enough that someone else could execute it if they had to.
Execution
Fred does the work or trains your team to do it. Press releases get written. Managers get coached. Messages get tested. Then we measure what changed.
Client results
Spirit Arrow does not publish testimonials it has not earned in writing. Client references are available on request during the discovery call.
Different rooms, the same discipline
The principle does not change from one sector to the next. What changes is who is in the room and what it costs to be misunderstood.
Small & Growing Businesses
You crossed the point where the owner can personally tell every customer the story. Now fifteen people are telling fifteen versions of it. We write the one version and teach the team to use it.
Nonprofits & Foundations
Your mission is clear to you and fuzzy to everyone funding it. Donor communication, board reporting and community engagement all pull from the same core story, and it has to survive translation to each audience.
Professional Services
Law, accounting, insurance, consulting. You sell judgment, which no one can inspect before buying. Earned media, thought leadership and disciplined messaging are how strangers learn to trust yours.
Government & Defense Contractors
You are talking to a contracting officer, an end user, a compliance reviewer and the public in the same document. Fred has written for all four audiences from inside the institution.
Veteran-Serving Organizations
Messaging to the military community fails fast when it is written by someone who has not lived it. Twenty years in uniform and a decade as an AUSA Military Liaison is the difference between speaking to veterans and speaking at them.
Faith-Based & Community Organizations
Fred has served as Media Associate at a Fort Worth church since 2021, running production and digital systems. He understands volunteer-driven teams and the constraints they work inside.

Thirty minutes will tell you whether we are the right fit
